Netbeans deployment error Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Delegate is not set yet

You need to delete

~/.netbeans/6.7/config/J2EE/TargetModules/* from my home dir

    awesome! thank you very much! I was so mad at netbeans I was about to uinstall it and move to eclipse, but this solve my problem

    I am using netbeans 7.3.1. The problem is still happening and the solutions is the same.
